6 Week Booty program (At home)
ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
This is a 6-Week At-Home BANDED Program. It includes the TOP exercises in sculpting your glutes with a resistance band. Please keep in mind the following:
- For optimal results, you must consistently complete the 6-week training schedule formulated for your glutes. Remember, if you push your body hard enough- it has no choice but to transform!
- This 6-week program consists of workouts 3 days a week from Monday-Wednesday-Friday. It is a split schedule designed to give you a rest day in between which is optimal for muscle growth. You will repeat the weekly schedule for 6 weeks! Saturday and Sunday are your rest days.
